Age: 80+ years old Problem(s): (1) Urination problems: Hard to empty bladder and initiate stream. Constant dribbling. Problem has persisted for a couple months now. However, no pain when going to the bathroom. (2) erectile dysfunction for the nearly a year now. (3) central back pain (lumosacral). Not horribly bad pain. Started relatively recently and the pain has not been consistent. Tends to hurt more when im watching tv and at my work desk for long periods of time. Also, when I have to be on my feet for a long time. (4) currently taking warfarin for abnormal heart rhythm
Test preformed by medical expert: (1) Straight leg test showed discomfort around 67°. (2) Abdominal auscultation - negative (3) Thoracolumbar motions were full. However, patient displayed mild pain in all directions (4) Rectal exam – hard non tender nodule on prostate (5) Palpation – negative (6) No motor weakness (7) Vitals all normal
I recommend you to undertake ultrasound of kidney, ureter, bladder with Prostate size and post-void residual volume to manage further guidelines of management.
