Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Passing Urine After Undergoing TURP

I got TURP couple days ago (22 of Murch) After removing caterer couldn t urinate again Cateter was installed again yesterday, but today I got blood clot Doctor tryed to flash clot, but couldn t do it. The doctor changed the size of cateter, flashed clot and I am don t know what to expect next. Please advise. I am 74 years old, very sporty, didn t have problem with my health and now I really bad. Hello,

As per my long-term surgical experience, the issue sounds with internal blood clot retention in the bladder post transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) procedure in most instances with some cases of urethral narrowing due to inflammation at the prostatic urethra.

In my clinic, I recommend the patient to undertake an ultrasound of the pelvis with the future need of cystoscopic bladder wash according to the report.
