Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Swallowing And Constant Burping
hello doctor , namaste, sir my mom is going thru a severe swallowing problem from almost 3 years.we have consulted many good ENT doctors here in bangalore, {Dr.Bathi reddy{manipal},Dr.Rudrapa, Dr.challani,Dr.murlidhar}, a few main doctors to name also many general doctors who run a clinic ,but all in vain, the main swallowing problem is not yet solved.please help me doctor. her main symptoms are: 1) she keeps burbing every 5-10 mins . 2) what ever she eats gets through food pipe very slowly,even water. 3) severe pain in front neck region {2 inches above and below the Adam s apple} 4) personally she feels gas are is flowing upwards. she has been operated by Dr.bathireddy for sist in the neck{which he assumed to be the problem for the above symptoms} sist removed but problem remains. plz help doctor what can it be.i would really be thank full. even right now she is going thru the pain n coughing severely. would really be thank full sir. * As per my case evaluation, there sounds definite issue with your mom`s oesophagus, stomach or GE junction; the neurologic underlying condition or else.
* I must get all details of her operative notes for the cyst surgery neck reports of time before surgery and after surgery whatever done in terms of endoscopy, CT or MRI.
