Suggest Treatment For Digestive Problem

Hi. In the past 2 months I've been suffering from digestive problems/acidity/stiffness in stomach. I think some time in the last two weeks I had constipation, and ended up with blood in the stool, and excruciating pain after BM. The pain extends all day, and gets worse when driving, it's very painful. Around 9 years ago, I had an anal fissure, for which I had surgery. When I sit down after passing stool, there's now like a pulse in the anus area. Also, there were days, where I felt extreme difficulty urinating. I felt urinating would ease the pressure and the pain in my anus. I also have have an enlarged prostate (for a 37-year old). I don't know where to start, and which doctors to see. Can you help? Any advice?
