Suggest Treatment For Disc Problem

hello doctor, i am 30 year old married woman.My marriage was in last year and I am having PCOD and recently diagnosed for hypothyroidism and also having disc bulge in L4-L5. My husband is working in abroad and i am working in my home town.So we dint stay together for 1 year.Now planing to go abroad to husband.Recently i have checked TFT and everythng is normal except free T4.it s slight higher than normal value-24.Will it be a problm in future?I am taking metformin and thyroxine 75micro and also taking ayurvedic medicine for disc problem.My doubt is that whether i can plan for conceive in this condition?
