Understanding your concern. As per your query you have discharge of pus from ear which seems to be due to ear infection/ accumulation of ear wax in ear canal. I would suggest you not to worry much and take antibiotic Ofloxacin in combination with antiallergic medication. Yes you should put Oiplox ear drops in ear. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should go for otoscopic examination of ear canal and start treatment after proper examination. Avoid touching it and pricking it with any sharp object. You should go for audimetery testing as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
