Suggest Treatment For Discomfort And Frequent Urination
I woke up this morning with discomfort and the urge to urinate often. When I wipe, there is pink on my tissue. Urination causes a bit of a burn and discomfort as well. What is this? I can t leave my house because I keep feeling like I have to urinate and when I do, it s not very much.
In my opinion you may suffer from urinary tract infection (UTI) which can cause burning or pain with urination, blood in urine, fever and pain in the lower part of abdomen and urinating more often than usual.
Please note that women have a bigger chance of UTI because of shorter urethras. Also diabetes or pregnancy can lead to UTI.
First step of UTI treatment is antibiotic which doctor will prescribe you. If the infection will not respond to treatment with antibiotics your doctor may order an urine test to find bacteria.
Also you can try to prevent new UTI. Urinating frequently, drinking more water, urinate and wash after sexual intercourse may help.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
