Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In Chest With Palpitation

Maybe I have trapped gas in my chest. For years, I have been consuming Metoprolol Tartrate for what feels like irregular heartbeat every now and then. I The feeling occurs sporadically and frequently, causing me to take more MT. I felt the sensation again and thought to check my pulse; My hearbeat was normal, but, the unpleasant sensation in my chest, felt like skipped heartbeats. Could it indeed be trapped gas, escaping? I did burp a little this time.

Plaese make sure sir that trap gas does not cause any pathological arrhythmia( irregular heart rate) although stress due to gastritis can cause arrhythmia which is most of the time is a normal variant . You are adviced to do 24 hours holter monitering to detect any abnormal heart beat disease, if holter is normal nothing to worry sir.
