Hi,

Thank you for providing the brief history of you.

A thorough musculoskeletal assessment is advised.

As you have pain the shoulder blade and there is a bubble, you need a thorough assessment. As this could be just something on the superficial layer on the skin and can be examined and drained if any fluid is present.

Usually, shoulder blade region pain is due to inflammation of the trapezius and gets better with hot water pack and simple gentle massage.
