Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In Right Testicle
I have discomfort in my right testicle, it is bigger and hangs lower then my left testicle. It sometimes goes numb and I only notice when I move. There is occasional pain but more often then not it is just really annoying discomfort, and it feels like it is twisted slightly.

Noted that you have discomfort in the right testicle and pain on moving.
The most probable cause can be varicocele or pinched nerve.
Get ultrasound and color Doppler.
Semen analysis.
If varicocele of grade3 , get operated.
Till then scrotal support and an opinion of an Urologist to assess you clinically.
