Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In The Chest Cavity
yes, I ve been diagnosed with Costochondritis last year June 2017, and sometime during the week the lump in my chest cavity brings discomfort. I take a ibuprofen tablet and that help some. although. I m typically a healthy person no meds or any illness before this. its not bad but never having any problems before I m worried about it.

There is nothing major to be worried about and it can be easily managed with painkillers and physical therapies. It's recommended for you tho continue with the medication as prescribed and consult is physiotherapy for right stretching exercises and do aerobic activity for 20 min 5 days a week which will strengthens your muscles.
