Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In The Hip Joint Muscles

so I lost 80lbs and am more active. I noticed when I relax in a comfortable chair or lay down its like my bones I sit on are always discomforting, I have to sleep with a pillow between my legs, my thigh muscles that connect to my hips and knees feel discomfort. I figured it would pass because of the fat I lost in my butt area I do not think that is the case though

i do not think it is due to fat loss but it can be related to muscle fatigue. You have not mentioned if you are doing heavy workout or gym. If yes then it can cause such pain. My suggestion to you is that you should not be too vigorous about these exercises and slowly increase your muscle strength. Take protein rich diet and green leafy vegetables. If there is any tingling and numbness then also take Methylcobal.
