Brief answer :
Post nasal drip or sinusitis or allergic rhinitis

Detailed answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM.
Your child is sick for 5 weeks and the thing that you noticed at back of throat is post nasal drip. In chronic sinusitis or allergic rhinitis continous post nasal drip is common with the child feeling a little low.
Since, you have taken a lot of antibiotics, i don't think that you will require it now.
You need to investigate the child for sinusitis with X ray of sinus and an examination by ENT Specialist is required.
Till then you need to avoid things which aggravate the problem in child.
I hope this will help you. Take care.
