My son plays fball and got hit hard in coller bone has had it slightly dislocated before this timeacording to doc he has been seen 3 times say nothing to be done . It hurts now when he breaths coughs raising arm is this new or still the results of new injury and is it safe to play still . Other doc says not hurting anything but seems worse this time
