Suggest Treatment For Displaced Humerus In The Shoulder Joint, Severed And Detached Labrum After An Accident

my initial mri report from the technicicial reveals that my humorous is high in the shoulder joint? I previously had rotator cuff surgery with 2 removed from the clavicle to relieve 2 nerve impingements. my labrum was also severed & detached - post was installed under bicep to reattach. A recent car accident jammed the shoulder significantly. Thanks
