Suggest Treatment For Diverticulosis And Mild Gastritis

I have been suffering from stomach issues. Had endoscopy,and colonoscopy. found diverticulosis, and mild gastritis. Symptoms seems to be getting worse. My symtoms Are: Nausea, body aches, very swollen stomach, dehydration, incresed lethargy, flu like symptoms, diarrhea. Lasts for about 4 days. Missed a few days of work. All I can do is sleep,,

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of nausea, body aches, swollen stomach, dehydration, lethargy, flu like symptoms, diarrhea and all you can do is to sleep. Endoscopy and colonoscopy done, shows mild gastritis and diverticulosis.
All your symptoms suggest that you are suffering from an infection most probably of diverticulitis and hence would advise your hte following:
Get the blood culture and sensitivity.
Routine tests of blood, urine and stool.
Antibiotic cover along with probiotics and the rest of the treatment as per the reports and the clinical evaluation by a Doctor.
