Suggest Treatment For Diverticulosis

hi! i have had 3 surgeries to remove perianal cysts. first on in 40's, then became chronic. i am 60 and have had 2 surgeries lately, 1 a year ago and another this past july. it was infectious and smelly with blood mixture secretions. very, very painful. crohns was r/o, but have diverticulosis. have fissures, not connecting to any inside organ. prognosis was clogged sweat glands, but i think it is something more. it has effected my skin, tingling above knee perodically, occassional diarrhea. what is this and are there any supporting diet, vitamins or meds that can help?

Thank for asking a question
your concern being appreciated, old history of surgeries you had gone through years before and last years are not the cause of the present complaint of tingling in knee region, or occasional diarrhea, but the knee symptoms could be osteoarthritic changes and it could be age related, diarrhea if it is occasional then it could be due to diet, passing of the stool three times or two times in day are not the sign of any disease and it is nothing to worry, if it is the chronic complaint then protozoa infection can be thought and for that I would suggest to try Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five, else over all it is nothing to worry, for the knee, need a MRI of knee to confirm the pathology hope this information helps.
