hi, had a baby 7 weeks ago, normal blood loss and then bled for 3 weeks after. had 1st period 3 weeks later (when baby 6 weeks old) and since then have felt light headed/dizzy. period finished 3 days ago, but still dizzy?? also feel tired, please help
