I am 28 years old and normally start my day with swimming and after that have breakfast. As soon as I get out of pool, I become terribly dizzy and once I have fallen down. I kind of feel vomiting too. It's a terrible vertigo. How can I rid myself of this problem?
if you are free from any heart problem, anaemic and any other systemic problem than it seems to be (hypoglycemia) Low blood sugar level or posture variation. during swimming lot of calories will be burned.
as you are nil oral for nearly 10 to 12 hours.peripheral sugar utilization will be high during swimming.thus causing you low sugar level.
immediate change in posture will also give dizziness, vomiting sensation.
thank you hope i answered your query
