Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Breathlessness While Walking
I'm a 66 year-old female, slightly obese, with an occasional heart beat of 56 but last night around 4.00 am when lying in bed when I had a dizzy sensation and the room began spinning. I suffer from constant breathlessness when walking fast or uphill. Do I need to see a doctor?

HI
Thanks for posting your query .
Dizziness in lying down position is a matter of concern . There are many causes of dizziness but not much will cause Dizziness in lying down position. So you need to be evaluated for serious causes of dizziness like problems in brain or heart . For that it would be better if you get a MRI brain done .
Your breathlessness could be due to low hemoglobin , heart or kidney problem any/all of which needs evaluation .
SO it's better you consult a physician and get tested .
Any clarifications feel free to ask . Regards.
