Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Headaches After Alcohol Consumption

Hi got really dehighdrated on holiday due to drinking on a stag do. Yesterday morning I fell to the floor with both hands going into a claw position. My friend help me by supplying water andsalt tablets. I have woke up this morning feeling dizzy and a bad head ache is this normal? What s the best thing to do?

i appreciate your concern
dehydration after the binge drinking is very common
firstly you should drink as much you can hold it
i would advise you to visit a GP to check your blood pressure and lab tests like Hemoglobin CBC and electrolyte study

you may require a PPI group of drugs like omeprazole with lots of water with salt and sugar or ORS
have fresh fruits especially citrus fruits.
