Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Heat Burns
I ve been having difficulty swallowing and have been light headed and dizzy on and off for going on three weeks. The pain from swallowing is on the right side of my neck just below my jaw bone (up against my windpipe). I feel fine but swallowing is painful and hasn t gotten any better in the past 2-3 weeks. My Father had thyroid cancer a few years back but I don t believe this is where the pain is coming from, it feels higher up than my thyroid. Also I ve been having allot of heartburn/acid reflux which I normally don t have.

Do not think worst things first, it can be Pharyngitis or GERD which simply need a course of antibiotics and Proton Pump Inhibitors, kindly start treatment with Cefixime 200 mg twice a day, PPI like Pantoprazole Once a day empty stomach, and saline water gurgle/ or Betadine gurgle thrice a day. treatment continue for a week if not get better then consult a ENT.
