Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Loss Of Appetite
These last few days I ve been having some dizzy spells and feeling very tired often sleepinging in until 1 in the afternoon and still not wanting to get up, I ve also had a loss of appetite and when I am hungry I get strong cravings for random foods. I don t know what is wrong with me, I ve also been very emotional.
If are a lady, it could be due to pre menstrual symptoms, if you are getting closer to your period dates. Pregnancy is another possibility if you have missed your periods.
Please get the following tests done , Complete blood picture which includes hemoglobin, TSH(thyroid function test), RBS (random blood glucose ), Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels. Anemia, hypothyroidism, diabetes, low sugar levels can cause symptoms similar to what you are experiencing now.
If all investigations are normal, it might be attributed to anxiety or stress.
Hope my answer was helpful to you.
Regards, Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
