I was seen yesterday at an ER for chest pains and difficulty breathing. The whole gamut of tests were run with the exception of a stress test. I was released after the second set of blood tests were ran. Now I am feeling dizzy and nausea. Should I return to the ER?
Hi. If you have not received the medicines , report back to ER to get the medicines and a review and may be a reference to the ENT Surgeon or Neurologist. You need a combination of anti-emetic and anti-vertigo medicines. I looks your chest pain and difficulty in breathing have settled. You may need to have investigaions of CT scan or MRI of the inner ear and of the brain to exclude other problems .
