Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Sweating Due To Low Blood Pressure

Hi, For the last 3 years I have been having serious pains in my saecrum and hip which comes and goes. At first it started as a sharp stabbing pain which came while I was routinely walking or bending over. The pain originated in my lower back but affected my abdominal area in a belt like manner and it would cause me to get dizzy and black out. In 2011 I went to the GP, and he ran blood tests, urine tests and found nothing abnormal. He told me to up my iron intake (although there wasn t a deficiency) and diagnosed it as sciata pain. In 2012 it returned while I was studying in England. Again, they ran blood and urine tests and found nothing abnormal except for low blood pressure which I ve always seem to have. The doctor explained that it was common for people dizziness to occur when changing position and posture especially among individuals who are tall (I m 6ft). Again they told me it was sciata related. Well it has again resurfaced. I went to the General Hospital this time and they ran a urine test and the nurse said it showed trace levels of protein and keytones. When I asked the doctor what it means he dismissed it saying it was nothing. I am not diabetic and I have never had a problem with diabetes. This time they had me do an xray, the results and specialist report for which i m awaiting. Should I be terribly worried about the proteinuria and keytones? Could increased intake of biotin and msm cause these side effects? I normally take biotin for hair health and glucosamine chondroitin msm for joint care since 2012. What can I do about the low blood pressure which often has me faint, dizzy and cold sweating? Since childhood I suffer from severe hyperhidrosis, could this be a factor when it comes to my blood pressure? Forgive me for being so lengthy, I just wanted to be thorough. Please advise.

Hi welcome to HCM.
You seem to have autonomic dysfunction which is manifested in the form of hyperhidrosis and orthostatic hypotension. This can be effectively treated through adequate hydration with 3-4 liters of water a day.Drugs like midodrine and fludrocortisone will help increase the blood pressure to normal levels.Excess intake of chondroitin and analgesics for sciatica can lead to renal damage that can present as proteinuria and ketone body production.I advise you to have a repeat renal profile after 3 months.Consult your doctor for further care.
Thank you
