For a period of weeks now I will just be sitting or standing and sometimes driving and I get a dizzy type tingling sensation in my head, feels like I loose track for a couple of seconds and then it just goes away. sometimes it happens one right after another separated by just a few minutes, sometimes once in a day and not again for a few days..

I think that you have a migraine. A migraine is a type of recurrent headache. In your case the headache may be mild or you may not have noticed it.

The symptoms of feeling dizzy can happen when you have a migraine and these are known as aura symptoms. Another possibility is that you have a vasovagal syndrome where there is pooling of the blood in the legs after sudden standing. This might be causing the issue that you are talking about.

I recommend that you try the following to see if they help you:
- Drink lots of water
- Take 1 tablet of Paracetamol when you feel that you are going to have dizziness

Try this for 1 week and then we can follow up to see if this helped you. All the best.
