I've been feeling dizzy for a few days. Cold body. Yesterday I had bluish finger nails and tinkly legs and arms. Last night i was feeling extremely exhausted but after a while of resting, I got up and joined my husband in the family room watching TV. I was freezing even though the heat was on 73. Suddenly my heart took a big pounding and I felt my heart jump out of place and it took a big big 3 thumps and stopped and went back to normal, I felt iit was someone elses heart laying in my body. Then after telling my husband, I fell asleep. I woke up in the morning by my children and was extremely weak and exhausted. I don't feel good to go to the doctor either. I can't fall asleep as I have a son who is 3 laying by me. Help. What can this be. I have had these experiences before were I've passed out from getting up and experiencing an extreme dizziness and black out on the floor. When I woke up.. All I could hear was ringing in my ears and my body shaking uncontrollably. I've had these heart pounding fluttering feeling since 2006
