Hello,

Since you are getting tremors and dizziness, it could be due to low BP, hypoglycemia or dehydration. Stay adequately hydrated, take ORS, electrol, soups and juice. Take home made, balanced food. However, the medical conditions that may cause such symptoms are Essential tremor, Peripheral neuropathy, Neurological disorders, etc.

You are suggested to take vitamin B1, B6, B12 or food rich in these vitamins. You should get clinically examined by a Neurologist, Get NVC tests, biopsy and imaging tests to detect the pathology causing you symptoms. You will be treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
