As per your query you are suffering from dizziness and vomiting. Well there can be many reasons for this like inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection, head injury , certain medications and due to cervical spondylosis, meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma , sinusitis and multiple sclerosis migraines. So i would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon once to get examination for any injury or cervical spondylosis . You should visit ENT specialist as well. Doctor may order certain tests like CT scan , MRI , blood test , audiometry test, and ECG to confirm the diagnosis. You should take antibiotics as well as antiemetic drug . For now i would like to suggest you some home remedies drink green tea with ginger thrice a day and drink lots of fluids like juices and water.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
