Suggest Treatment For Dizziness Due To Paint Fumes

Part of my office at work was painted today. I am very susceptible to paint fumes and become nauseous and lightheaded if the room is not ventilated and if I don t use a breathing mask when painting at home. The painter did not open any windows until I asked him to, but within a few minutes the usual symptoms happened. I had difficulty driving home due to the dizziness. Usually the symptoms continue for several days and I feel wrung out. Is there anything I can do?

Hi.
Thanks for your query, read and understood your concerns:
The paint fumes contain the chemicals and the solvents.
Both of them cause irritation of the respiratory tract, once they absorbed by the body through the respiratory system.
It then affects the whole body, particularly after reaching the circulatory system, particularly the brain causing all the symptoms you have.
Since you have difficulty in driving, park your car, reach the nearest hospital, get a clinical evaluation, pulmonary function functions, see for the SPO2 and get the correct treatment of oxygen,k steroids and symptomatic as per necessary.
