Suggest Treatment For Dizziness , Headache And Blurred Vision
Patient with history of cerebellar stroke six months ago; type 2 diabetes, hypertension, reports wavy vision (like looking through water to her right side; increasing frequency (2 times yesterday lasting one hour +)- started about 2 weeks ago, no associated headaches, dizziness. Negative jaw pain, negative scalp pain.
Dilated exam revealed hypertensive retinopathy-vessel crossing changes only, neg diabetic retinopathy OU, pink and healthy optic nerves OU. Full visual fields (goldmann), mild cataracts and meibomian gland dystrophy. Does still smoke 4 cigs/day

already cause have been diagnosed. hypertensive retinopathy and diabetic retenopathy. there should be proper management of hypertension and diabetes. reduce smoking. life style change is required. daily mornig walk food control and increased physical activity in day time.
