Hi, I have been having a problem lately. Everyday I get more and more dizzy over time, and the next day it s gone. Im starting too feel breathing shortness everyday too now. I think it s panic, because 3 days ago I had a panic attack, but it concerns me that I still feel something today. I would love some help from you, because this is getting very very annoying and I get more and more anxious.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having stress and anxiety related symptoms.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs.
Along with drugs, counselling also plays very important role in control of stress and anxiety.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Consult psychiatrist and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
