I would advise you the following in such a situation: Consul your Doctor first to have clinical evaluation, examination to decide about primary diagnosis so that he can start symptomatic treatment and refer you for the investigations like MRI of brain, cervical spine and so on and also to refer to the Specialist as per the findings.
