Hi,
Noted your short history about having
dizziness while working in garden, while standing up, had one attack of
vomiting with
tingling and numbness.
Vomiting after vertigo or dizziness is usually a secondary symptom associated with this problem.
The causes of vertigo in your case can be one of the following:
Inflammation of the
inner ear structures particularly the balance organ.
Cervical spondilitis.
Cerebellar problems.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consul your Doctor first to have clinical evaluation, examination to decide about primary diagnosis so that he can start symptomatic treatment and refer you for the investigations like MRI of brain,
cervical spine and so on and also to refer to the Specialist as per the findings.
Once a proper final diagnosis is done then a specific treatment also can be done.
Till then take rest, do not move much.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
