Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, fast Heart Rate And Foggy Vision

Hi about 3 weeks ago I started being mildly dizzy and then since then a little light headed with foggy vision, my heart rate seems a little fast and today I noticed small red dots in my urine. I don't feel sick at all really and can function pretty normally

Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I passed carefully through your concern and would explain that a careful medical checkup would be necessary to rule in/out a possible acute inflammation/infection. A comprehensive physical exam and several lab tests are advisable in this regard:

- complete blood count,
- PCR & ESR,
- liver and renal function tests,
- blood electrolytes level,
- fasting blood glucose level,
- resting ECG,
- chest X ray study,
- complete urine test,
- abdominal ultrasound

You should discuss with your doctor on the above mentioned issues.

Hope to have been helpful to you.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
