Suggest Treatment For Dizziness,nausea And Heaviness In Head

I ve been feeling dizzy all day..feel fine then all of a sudden a dizzy spell and feeling hot and clammy. Almost feels like orthostatic hypotension ( I get that a lot) but it happens wether I m standing, sitting, lying down..not from getting up too quickly. Head feels heavy and started feeling a little nauseated. Not sure if it s something that will pass, if I should go see the doctor. This also happened last month and lasted about a week and a half.

Read and understood your symptoms of dizzy spells, feeling hot and clammy, heavy head andnausea. Since this is recurrent, you should consult your Doctor, get a clinical evaluation, physical examination and investigations like MRI of the brain, ears and so on as per the findings of your Doctor.
Once a proper diagnosis is made, it will be easy for a proper treatment.
