Suggest Treatment For Down Syndrome

I have a 34 yr old Down syndrome dau who has behavioral problems and are getting worse, she cusses, hits, throws things, keeps her head covered all the time, locks herself in the bathroom, cries for no reason, does not want to get out of bed or eat or take a bath. I am at the end of my ropes. I need help. Her md will not prescribe her anything and we don t have a md that deals with down syndrome in alabama
