hello, I have four patches of dry and cracked skin. one on the side of my right forefinger. a small patch on my left middle finger, then my left forefinger and left thumb. the cracks are painful. it is too painful to close my left forefinger. the cracks come and go. help. is it eczema?

as your both hand is involved common diagnosis is Allergic Contact Dermatitis.
it needs to be prevented from soap, detergents and excess wetting.
apply emollient 2-3 times daily.
apply potent steroid with fusidic acid twice daily.
take tab hydroxyzine 25 mg once daily at night.
this will solve your problem.
