My wife aged around 50 is having spell of dry cough. (she gets it at every change of weather and cough lasts twenty to twenty five days). She has a history of diabetes; hypertension and having been operated for choledochal cyst & had gastojejunostomy and hepaticojujenostomy-operated some twenty eight year back-. We have started Novamox 500 yesterday. Is it safe and appropriate one? she can't take any cough syrups as those induce vomiting.
