Suggest Treatment For Dry Eye Syndrome

I am having eyelid surgery for dry eye syndrome & have gotten differing opinions from two surgeons. One says discontinue Bromelain for 2 weeks before the surgery. The other says take 500mg Bromelain 2 tablets 3 times per day for 1 week prior & 1 week after surgery . Now I am baffled and don t know what to do!

reason of dry eye is to be diagnosed exclude deficiant tear secreation and sjogren's syndrome isto be seen surgery can be planned after proper diagnosis other wise refresh eye tear eye drop may be applied three times daily excessive use of computer and viewing tv or prolong use of contact lens can lead to dry eye.
