Suggest Treatment For Dry Heaves Despite Taking Baclofen

My son has had severe hiccups since back surgery 4 weeks ago. He dry heaves and gasps for air. We went to the emergency room and they gave him fluids. Helped a little. They quit for 4-5 days and started back up! Been on Baclofen but nothing is working. Any suggestions who to see or what could be causing this?
