Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have expired lamictal for serval years with no problem. I have been having dry heaves recently. The bottle expired on 12/18/14. Is this a normal thing with expired lamical. If a way, how can I get it out of my system, or do I need to let it run its course?
never ever take expired medications. the main reason is they will not work or they may have different chemical compound which can cause side effects like above.
I am not 100% sure if your dry heaves are related to this medications. Wait and see if they do not improve in the next 24 hours please see your doctor.
