Suggest Treatment For Dry Nose And Severe Itching

I am severely suffering from dry nose. Every half an hour, I get patches in nostrils. I take them our with nails. If not, I get severe itching in nose. To consult a doctor, I want know the which specialisation it falls under. ENT or dermatology?

Dry nose with with crusts, itching and bleeding on removal of crusts could be due to allergic rhinitis or atrophic rhinitis.

You need to visit ent surgeon for evaluation and treatment.
