Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is tinea corporis which is a fungal infection. You must avoid heat and humidity.

Topical antifungal creams like clotrimazole can be used along with oral antifungals like fluconazole after consulting your dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Som Lakhani
