Suggest Treatment For Dryness And Irritation In Vagina

Hi, I have been experiencing a lot of problems with my vagina for a number of years. I have consulted and OB/GYN on numerous occassions for the different problems but no one seems to be able to help. I often have the feeling that my vaginal region is splitting open and it does, it bleeds (not much). I also feel like I have a scratch or slivers inside my vagina when I make love to my husband. I have been told that my vaginal region is dry but I take this into consideration when making love and use lubrication. I had a hysterectomy 5 weeks ago and am hoping that things will improve but so far, not so good. My skin where the outer labia ends, feels like it is chapped or scabby, (which it is not scabby) but it feels so ittitated and sore. I had been diagnosed a few years ago with vaginal bacteriosis and have not found anything that is helping that. Help! my sex life is suffering!
