Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

As per your case history, you are having eyelid dermatitis. My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like Desowen twice a day on the affected region.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine twice daily for seven to ten days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
