Suggest Treatment For Duodenitis

hi, I have been diagnosed with duodenitis and I feel this sort of sensation where I need to push my tummy away under my right rib often , I am also recently on hrt, prior to hrt I had hot flushes now I have chills every day and feel constantly cold. I have also been taking esomeprazole but this has upset me emotionally later and made my heart race. Also my urine appears to have a strong odour, is this all connected?

you are on too many meds. kindly get an ultrasound and endoscopy done to check for your intestine problem. the strong odour can be because of less intake of water. drink atleadt 3litets of water.
