I ve had dysuria for a week. A urologist saw me on day 2 and exam and urinalysis were normal. Symptoms have been the same but yesterday a pimple or boil with a pinhole appeared at the tip of the urethral. It looks inflamed and I m worried that (now that I am conscious) that there are other red inflamed areas or bumps on my penis. I m faithfully married for a few years. My wife has no symptoms. I ve been on bactrim ds for a few days. I ve had so e URI symptoms for a few days and had a nasty one a few weeks ago. I m otherwise healthy.
