Suggest Treatment For Ear And Throat Pain

Hello doctor,
i m 28, i have pain in my year from two days & today i have also pain in my throat also.......is this any serious problem or u r request you to please suggest me madicine...???????& when i have inching in my year than i have pain in high pressure...............

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your ear problem.

As per your history and symptoms and signs it seems to me that you are having ear infection, because of the communication between ear and throat (nose) some times it spread towards throat too.

If I would have been your treating doctor I would have recommended ofloxicin 200mg twice daily for 5days and anti allergic like levocitrizine one daily for same period provided you are not taking any other medications and also are not allergic to any of the medicines.
