Hello, my right ear about 2 weeks ago become clogged well felt like it. today i woke up with sharp on going shooting pains in same ear. i have not been in any swimming pool nor ocean. i do have sinus issues. this pain is so severe i have been crying all day. i could not get into my family doctor today

It looks like an acute ear infection.acute inflamation of tympanic membrane.(myringities)
P.s.consult ent doctor and take analgesics, antibiotics and take steam inhalation at least thrice daily for 2-3 minutes
