Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain And Headache

I have a horrible pain that seems to worsen as the day goes on. It s worst in the evening up to bedtime. It is directly behind and below the right ear. Feels and acts like a pinched nerve, but much higher. Unable to turn head and move and causes severe headache.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having impacted ear wax or having sever infection in your middle or external ear.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Take some analgesic like ibuprofen as needed.
Put antibiotic ear drops.
Ok and take care.
